This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use Playcam (court recording) or Playbook (court booking). Both are products of KBKF Co.
Who is responsible for your data
KBKF Co. ("we") is the Personal Information Controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Venues that use our products receive your data as Personal Information Processors, to fulfill your booking and run their courts.
What we collect
Playbook. When you book or join a session: your name, mobile number, and email address. When you pay via QR: a screenshot of your payment for verification.
Playcam. When you record a game: the email addresses added to receive the video, the video and audio of the game, and the session details (venue, court, date, and time). Recordings may show anyone on or near the court during the game. A video is only saved when a player starts and stops a recording. Footage that is not recorded is held briefly on the venue's device and overwritten automatically.
We do not collect government IDs, health data, or payment credentials (card numbers, e-wallet passwords, or bank logins).
Why we collect it
- To process and confirm your booking and send you updates by email.
- To recognize returning players for faster booking.
- To record, process, and email your game videos.
- To allow venues to manage bookings and court operations.
- To provide support and keep our services secure and working.
Who receives your data
- The venue where you book or play, to fulfill your booking and run its courts.
- Other players who added their email to the same recording, who receive the same video.
- Service providers that host our systems, store videos, and send our emails.
- Anyone you share a video link with. Anyone with the link can watch the video.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing or advertising.
How we protect it
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Access controls on our databases and video storage.
- Restricted access on a need-to-know basis.
How long we keep it
- Playcam videos are deleted automatically 15 days after the game and cannot be recovered after that. Download any video you want to keep.
- Booking and session records are kept for up to 3 years for record-keeping, support, and dispute resolution.
You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You may object to processing or request data portability. Email us at the contact below and we will respond within 30 days.
Minors
Players under 18 should use our services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Cookies
Our booking and recording pages use only essential cookies or similar storage needed for them to work. No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies are used on these pages.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Changes are posted here with an updated date.
