Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Playbook to book a court or join a session, or Playcam to record a game. Both are products of KBKF Co. ("we"). By using either service, you agree to these terms.
Who is involved
We provide the booking platform and the recording service. The venue provides the courts and facilities. When you book or play, your agreement for court use or session participation is with the venue directly.
Bookings and payment (Playbook)
All prices are in Philippine Pesos. Court bookings are charged per hour. Open Play sessions are charged per person. Prices are set by the venue and displayed before you confirm.
QR payments require manual confirmation from the venue. Your slot is reserved but not guaranteed until the venue confirms.
If the venue charges an entrance fee, it is collected at the venue on arrival and is not included in your online payment.
Cancellations (Playbook)
Cancellation terms are set by the venue and displayed on its booking page. As a platform minimum, no refund is available within 2 hours of your session start time. Refunds are not processed through the platform. Any refund is handled directly between you and the venue.
Open Play sessions (Playbook)
You may join a session as a confirmed player (paid) or join the waitlist (queued for the next opening). Confirmed players may release their slot up to 1 hour before the session via the "Can't Go" option, subject to the venue's policy.
Recording your game (Playcam)
- Only start a recording for a game you are playing in, and let the other players on your court know you are recording.
- Add your email before the recording is stopped. Only emails added before then receive the video.
- Recording depends on the venue's cameras, power, and internet. We work to deliver every video, but we do not guarantee that every game will be recorded or delivered.
Your videos (Playcam)
- Videos are sent as a link by email and are available for 15 days, then permanently deleted. Download any video you want to keep.
- Anyone with the link can watch the video. You are responsible for who you share it with.
- Do not use videos to harass or harm other players, and do not remove the watermarks.
Venue rules
By booking or playing, you agree to follow the venue's posted house rules. The venue may refuse entry if rules are not followed, with no refund.
Assumption of risk
Sports activities involve physical risk, including but not limited to strains, sprains, and other injuries. By booking or playing, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are fit to participate. Neither the venue nor KBKF Co. is liable for injuries arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
Minors
If you are under 18, use our services only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Limitation of liability
We provide booking and recording technology and are not responsible for the venue's facilities, equipment, or on-site operations. We are not liable for missed, incomplete, or undelivered recordings. For bookings, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For booking concerns, contact the venue directly. For recording concerns, contact us. Unresolved disputes may be filed with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.
